The eclectic menu was designed in hopes to introduce tapas to Western Massachusetts offering a wide range of flavors and styles from different cultures of the world.....Now in our second year, Fusion's style continues as we introduce
award winning chef,Patrick Shao to head our creative team.
Mr. Shao's creative combination of tantalizing food created in artform comes alive on his plates as if they were mearly a canvas for each diner to take in upon first approach to the table.
..Fusion Cafe features "Tapas" style dining. Tapas is a form of
dining taken from Spain hundreds of years ago. It encompasses
traditional smaller size portions of food..(Not Appetizers)...that are meant to be shared by the "group " of diners at the table...
Dining Tapas style allows everyone to sample an array of flavors,
tastes and ethnic varieties at one time...The table "shares" the dish |
