We shipped the screen back really hoping for a refund due to the complete lack of confidence in the companies workmanship. Instead we received the same screen once again but this time with parts that were missing previously. They stated that it was a custom cut screen so we were not getting our monies returned on those grounds . The "custom cut" statement is completely contrary to the order sheet at the companies website. It is in fact not a custom cut screen.
ScreenEx continues to deny any request to return the screen.
The workmanship, attitude and possible criminal motivations of this company should be shared with all possible future customers of this company.
